Using my specialist knowledge of the mind and body connection, I aim to move you past the problems in your life so you can feel like the person you want to be.

Specialist in Pain Reprocessing Therapy.
I’ve been a health professional for over 30 years. All this time spent caring for people has led me to the following realisation: so many of the problems we face are linked to the mind and body. So I use my knowledge of pain reprocessing therapy (PRT), physiotherapy and psychotherapy to help you understand yourself mentally and physically. Then, working together, we can plan the steps which will lead you to a happier, healthier life.
The Mind-Body Guide
Therapy for the whole of you
What is the Mind-Body Connection?
The medical approach we’ve all grown up with treats the mind and body separately.
Health care is beginning to change – and some professionals are trying to help people by considering how the mind and body are connected. But often there isn’t sufficient time, resources or training for this to happen properly. You can end up seeing various people who all recommend something different. Treatment is disjointed and you are left feeling confused or not listened to.
With my expertise in psychotherapy and physiotherapy I’m able to look at the complex way our minds and bodies are connected. Because of this, I’m able to treat the whole of you. I’m not just considering the mind or body, but you the person.

As Your Therapist.
I am Christine, founder of The Mind & Body Guide.
For over 30 years, I’ve worked in health-care settings helping people overcome their problems – whether mental, physical or a mixture of both.
I offer safe and convenient appointments online via zoom. Work with me in the comfort and privacy of your own home, wherever you are in the world.
I hope my qualifications will also help move you past the problems you face. Please trust me when I say that, with the right knowledge about yourself, remarkable change can be achieved. I’ve witnessed it so many times!
Nelson Mandela once said that “courage is not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it”.

I only wish I had met Christine sooner.
“From the point I started working with Christine it felt like having a driving instructor. Maybe I could recover on my own but I think it would be a lot less likely and would have taken an awful lot longer.”
Christine is genuinely incredible at what she does.
“My work with her has given me an enormous confidence boost in my long covid recovery, and I now feel that I have the tools – and finally the understanding of my condition – to recover. I feel extremely thankful to have discovered her and I would recommend her to anyone looking for help with a chronic illness.”
Christine is the best therapist I have been to
“From the get go, I felt very connected to her and at ease. Christine helped me navigate what felt like a very chaotic period, and helped me process my emotions and move forward.”
fantastic therapeutic support
“Christine provided me with fantastic therapeutic support. She created a safe space which enabled me to talk about my most difficult feelings and experiences.”
put me at ease
“Right from our first contact she put me at ease. She thoroughly explained the process she would take and how it could make me feel.”
tools to handle my emotions
“Through our sessions Christine has given me tools to handle my emotions that I will take forward for the rest of my life.”
Feeling like I had a qualified friend to support me.
“Christine helped me connect my body with my mind, giving me really practical tools that I could use straightaway but also giving me the space to dig deeper into why I was feeling the way I was.”
Christine has a very warm and calming energy.
“She equipped me with the relevant tools to use on a daily basis.”
Christine has helped me turn my life around.
“Christine finally allowed me to speak about things I hadn’t previously acknowledged and this has meant that I can move on with my life as the person I have always hoped I could be – imperfect but accepting of myself and my back story.”
