The Mood & Movement Library Membership

Exercise at a time and place that suits you.

Moving better could be a journey you have tried before. Perhaps it didn’t work out or maybe it only made you OK for a while.

To move well and be confident in how you move is a long-term journey, not a short-term fix. Use the classes in my library to clear your mind from worries and pain, working with your body and mind to connect with yourself and take control.

Mind Body Guide - The Mood & Movement Library - Exercise at a time and place that suits you

How It Works.

At the start, it’s important to scale back the exercises. Begin slowly, listening to your body and mind. Develop awareness of how you are feeling and learn how to name that feeling. Then choose the mood which describes that feeling and start the corresponding movements – remembering to take things nice and slowly.
Complete exercises that you feel able to do and that feel safe for you at that time. As your mood changes, so will the exercises you’re able to do.

The key factor is consistency and to keep moving.
Below are brief descriptions of the 5 types of movement I have videos for. Members of the Mood & Movement library are free to watch any they like the look of!
