Mission, Values + Promises

Mission Statement

By using my specialist knowledge of the mind and body connection, I aim to guide those trapped in a loop of suffering out of their cycle, offering them hope and confidence for the future.

Values + Promises

+ To combine my decades of physiotherapy practice in the NHS and years of teaching Pilates with psychotherapy , hypnotherapy, breathwork and eye movement therapy to help others understand the amazing ways good health is connected to both mind and body.

+ To show how this understanding can be used to break free from loops of suffering that can leave a person feeling demoralised and stuck.

+ To help others realise how changes to their mind and body brought on by the stresses of life don’t need to be permanent.

+ To hear each person’s story and, through modern pain science, give them the opportunity to better understand themselves.

+ To identify ways of moving better and listening to the body that will reduce persistent pain, lower anxiety, and improve sleep.

+ To show others that the multidimensional nature of pain means it connects to both mind and body – and to give them the tools and resources to tackle their problems by physically altering their central nervous system’s wiring.

Please note, my approach is not a substitute to seeing a health professional. Before seeking treatment from me, it is important that you are checked out by your General Practitioner so rare problems, or anything that requires specific medical attention, can be first ruled out.
